Acupuncture & Moxa

Acupuncture is an ancient healing practice that involves inserting fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body to promote natural healing and restore balance. By stimulating these points, acupuncture helps to regulate the flow of energy, or "Qi," throughout the body, aiding a wide range of conditions from physical to emotional.

Moxibustion involves burning the herb mugwort (moxa) near specific acupuncture points to stimulate healing, increase warmth, and boost the body’s natural energy flow.

Cupping & Gua Sha

Cupping is another ancient therapy that uses suction to promote circulation, relieve muscle tension, and detoxify the body. It helps to move stagnant energy “Qi” and blood, offering relief from pain, inflammation, and stress.

Gua Sha is a therapeutic massage technique using a smooth-edged tool to scrape the skin gently. This promotes circulation, releases tension, and reduces inflammation, helping to relieve pain and improve overall wellness.

Naturopathic Advice

Naturopathic advice focuses on treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. It emphasizes natural remedies, lifestyle changes, and dietary guidance to support the body’s innate healing abilities.

By addressing the root causes of health issues, naturopathy helps restore balance and promote long-term wellness through individualised, holistic care.

Stacey Ellen Wright Dip Ac., Dip Nat.

My journey to acupuncture was deeply personal. My own health challenges, coupled with the profound loss of loved ones, ultimately led me to pursue this path. Frustrated with the limitations of conventional medicine and inspired by a longstanding curiosity about alternative health, I felt drawn to explore a path where I might help prevent the kinds of losses I’d experienced. Leaving a career in finance and embarked on a rigorous five-year degree, committing myself fully to becoming a practitioner. I studied Acupuncture and Naturopathy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.

My practice, accredited by the ANP, ATCM, BAF, and GNC, is grounded in the principles of Traditional Oriental Medicine. My approach focuses on supporting the body’s natural ability to heal, whether clients seek relaxation, relief from chronic conditions, stress management, emotional wellbeing, or a seasonal energy boost. I aim not only to relieve symptoms but to work closely with clients to uncover and address the root causes of their health concerns. By focusing on these underlying issues, I strives to create lasting improvements rather than temporary relief.

I am deeply inspired by the wisdom of ancient traditions blended with modern healing insights. I truly believes that, with the right tools and support, the body possesses an incredible ability to overcome challenges and restore its natural balance. Nothing makes me happier than guiding you on your journey back to wellness.

With love, x

“I had a wonderful treatment with Stacey, she made me feel super comfortable in our consultation before the acupuncture treatment. We talked about the various symptoms I was experiencing and she was so knowledgeable with her responses. The actual acupuncture was a breeze and no discomfort whatsoever. I’m looking forward to working with Stacey again to get my health to its optimum”.
